A visit to Upton

Today we had a drive out in Acorn to Upton House (A National Trust property) – Lord and Lady Bearsted’s 1930s country retreat with dramatic terraced gardens and world-renowned art collection. Enjoyed lunch in the café, walking around the house & gardens, the 2nd hand book shop and then scones & afternoon tea!
