Back down the Ashby
After a very wet morning the skies cleared a little and we set off back down the Ashby Canal.

A classic moment was when a herd of cows came down the Tow Path and two cows had fallen in to the canal. Had a very sureal moment as a cow waded past our canal boat!

Experimenting with timelapse photography again on the Ashby Canal from bridge 11 to bridge 3.
Our intention was to moor near Bridge 5 however all the moorings were taken so we decided to carry on to the end of the canal.
A good challenge navigating the very narrow and tight bend of Marston Junction out of the Ashby Canal and back on to the Coventry Canal in heavy rain.
We then found a decent mooring for the night.
